    Kick-off call

    A 30-minute call on your booking tool, payment account, services, and current policy. You leave with a fixed price and a go-live date.

  2. 02

    Days 1 to 7: policy and wiring

    We write your policy sheet with you, connect your booking tool and Stripe, and draft the reminder and confirmation texts for your approval.

  3. 03

    Days 8 to 14: test and go live

    We run simulated appointments through confirm, reschedule, late cancel, no-show, and waitlist fill in Stripe test mode, you sign off, then it goes live.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

    Confirmations and waitlist fills run every day, exceptions come to you, and a monthly report shows what was confirmed, refilled, and collected.
