    Kick-off call

    A 30-minute call on your platform, catalog, store policies, and which changes the merchant agent may propose. You leave with a fixed quote and a go-live date.

    Week 1: adapters and grounding

    We build the storefront and merchant adapters against your platform and ground the shopping agent in your real catalog and policies.

  3. 03

    Weeks 2 to 3: approvals, evals, go-live

    We wire the approval queue into your admin, run the guardrail and eval suite on a staging storefront, then switch the agent on.

    Ongoing

    Monitoring, a monthly eval run, and a tuning pass driven by real shopper transcripts and the history of approved and rejected changes.
